How do I figure out the fee for an application?

The Council's fee calculation sheet sets out the statutory application fees, which are set by Government. For the more complicated fees, the Planning Portal's fee calculator can help. All fees will be checked by Development Control staff when the application is submitted, and you will be advised if the fee is considered to be incorrect. The application will not be valid until the correct fee is submitted.
