Can I speak at the planning committee meeting?

Town/parish councils, applicants and their agents and members of the public can all address the meeting, if they register to do so by 2:00 pm on the last working day before the day of the meeting. Committee agendas are published 1 week in advance of the meeting. Notification letters are sent out at about the same time as the agenda is published, to anyone who has commented in writing on a committee item.
