What is the development potential of my site?

The policies and proposals in the Stratford on Avon District Local Plan Review (Deposit Draft) provide guidance as to the type of development which may or may not be acceptable on your site. The Plan has been through a public inquiry and the Inspector's report issued in May 2005 contains important recommendations for changes to the plan.

The draft Local Plan and the Inspector's report can be seen on the Local Plans page, at District Council offices and in many libraries. Further informal advice can be gained from the Development Control team.
