Enfinity UK Ltd requested a formal scoping opinion as to whether the proposed development is an EIA Development under Part II of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental impact assessment) (England and wales) Regulations 1999.
Location: Elms Farm, on land north of B4087, near Newbold Pacey, Warwickshire
Proposed Development - Solar PV Park comprising:
- Installation of up to 22,000 solar panels, approimately 1 metre off the ground, with a maximum height of approximately 3 metres from ground level
- Panels arranged in approximately 40 rows over an area of 14,485 hectares
- Construction of ancilliary works including access tracks
- Temporary construction compound
- Inverter/substation
