Development Viability Assessment Model

In March 2009 Stratford-on-Avon District Council commissioned Baker Associates to compile a Development Viability Assessment Model to assist preparation of the Local Development Framework Core Strategy. Baker Associates completed the project in September 2009 and their report can be downloaded from this website using the following link:

Development Viability Assessment Model - Final Report

The report examines whether different types of housing development are likely to prove financially viable when taking into account a range of different factors such as location, type of site, size of scheme and scale of contributions to infrastructure and facilities.
