Do I Need Planning Permission?

A Householders Guide

Certain things you want to do to your home and garden require planning permission. Other things can be carried out as 'permitted development', which does not require planning permission.

The leaflet on the right is a general guide to 'permitted development' and the need for planning permission.

Householder Development Enquiry Form

The form on the right is intended to offer an opinion as to the need for Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approval.  This form is for guidance only and does not constitute a formal planning application.
