Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA 2008)

Baker Associates, in association with Enderby Associates, were appointed by the District Council in May 2007 to undertake a Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) for Stratford-on-Avon District. The consultants' Final Report was received in February 2008.

SHLAA 2008 Documents

Downloads of the SHLAA 2008 are still available for background information as listed below. The complete document is very large due to the many maps included and download time is lengthy. As an alternative, downloads of each section of the report are available in order to reduce download time.
