There is still an option to complete and submit paper copies of an application form. If you know which form you need you can down load it from the links below together with the relevant help text and validation checklist for each form. These forms are also useful if you want to get familiar with them before submitting your application via the Planning Portal.

Planning Application Fees
Fees charged for determining planning applications changed on 6 April 2008.

Certificates of Ownership
The certificates are included for completion as part of every form. If your application site has more than one land owner you will need to complete Certificate B. The help notes refer to Notice 1 which can be downloaded and served on each owner.
