Specific information is produced on a regular basis to monitor progress on housing and industrial development in the District. Other matters are analysed to assist in the implementation of specific policies.
This report provides information on sites granted planning permission or allocated in the District Local Plan for residential development. It includes an assessment of housing land supply against Regional Spatial Strategy requirements.
The Housing Development Sites report is published annually to reflect the situation at 31 March of each year.
This report provides information on sites of 0.4 hectares and over granted planning permission or allocated in the District Local Plan for industrial development. It also covers industrial sites lost to other uses.
The Provision of Industrial Land schedule and accompanying statement is published annually to reflect the situation at 31 March of each year.
An audit was undertaken in 2004/5 and covers Stratford-upon-Avon town and the Main Rural Centres in the District. It has been carried out using guidance in Planning Policy Guidance 17 and the National Playing Fields Association standards.
The audit is used in applying supplementary planning guidance on the Provision of Open Space.
