NEW - December 2011
Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) Review 2012 The 2009 SHLAA which is part of the evidence base for the Core Strategy needs to be reviewed in 2012. A Partnership Panel is being formed and expressions of interest from community organisations and estate agents to become a Panel member are now invited. Members provide expertise on potential housing sites in the District.
Core Strategy Progress 2011 Progress towards the third draft of the Core Strategy is detailed in the form of an E-newsletter.
Enplanner Online Toolkit Stratford-on-Avon District Council announces the launch of the on-line Enplanner Carbon Toolkit, designed to assist developers and planning officers meet local planning requirements for on-site renewable energy generation and lower carbon developments.
Planning & Building Control Guide to Sustainability The guide focuses on what sustainability means from a Planning and Building Control point of view. It considers some of the key issues and explores some of the options that we have available to us to reduce the impact our buildings, both new and existing, have on the environment around us.
