The technical evidence below provides context with regards to Proposal LMA (Long Marston Airfield) in our Core Strategy and the framework masterplan SPD for the site. The new settlement is intended to be a mixed-use development that will provide housing, employment, and a relief road between Shipston Road (A3400) and Evesham Road (B439) on the western edge of Stratford-upon-Avon (SWRR).
Market Assessment on Employment Land Allocation
Warwickshire Economics produced a market assessment in March 2019 to analyse likely levels of demand for the employment land allocation within LMA and potential uses of the site.
South Western Relief Road Evidence Report
