Travel by bus is free for older people who have reached State Pension age or for eligible disabled people.
Since 1 April 2014, concessionary bus passes are managed and delivered by Warwickshire County Council. Stratford-on-Avon District Council no longer has the facilities to administer your application.

Warwickshire County Council provides a Park & Ride scheme, situated conveniently at Bishopton on the northern outskirts of the town.

Stratford-on-Avon District Council is one of 11 partner organisations, including rail companies and other local authorities, that have established a Community Rail Partnership (CRP). This initiative covers various railway lines in Warwickshire, including the Shakespeare Line between Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham. The CRP aims to promote the use of rail and to improve the quality of train services and stations.
