As part of the Stratford-on-Avon District Council's commitment to supporting local talented athletes and sports people, the District Council and Sports Leisure Management (SLM) are offering free use of the four leisure centres in the district to anyone that represents England, N. Ireland, Scotland or Wales or Great Britain in a sport recognised by Sport England. These centres are -
- Stratford Visitor & Leisure Centre,
- Studley Leisure Centre,
- Southam Leisure Centre
- Shipston Leisure Centre.
Who is eligible for the scheme?
To qualify you must be:
- Under 21 years old
- Live in the Stratford-on-Avon District and compete for a club within Stratford-on-Avon district
- Represent your sport at an International, District or County level
- Be part of a National Governing Body programme supported by Sport England
- Be recommended by your coach or teacher
- All aplications will be reviewed by Stratford-on-Avon District Council Officers
A Passport to Excellence is valid for six months and we allocate up to 20 passes per year.

- Giving talented performers the chance to progress to the best of their ability, and achieve excellence.
