Leisure Centre Forums

Sports Leisure Management (SLM) manages the District's four leisure centres. The role of the District Council is to monitor the management arrangements of the four Leisure Centres, to ensure that a high quality standard of service provision is provided.
The Leisure Centre Forums provides customers with an opportunity to inform the District Council and SLM of any operational issues that are affecting levels of customer satisfaction at the Leisure Centres.

Each of the four Leisure Centres (Stratford Leisure & Visitor Centre, Studley Leisure Centre, Southam Leisure Centre & Shipston Leisure Centre) hold two User Forums each year.

The Leisure Centre Forums are used for consultation on matters covering the following items:

• Pricing and charges review
• Mystery visitor and client inspection feedback
• Customer survey results and reports
• Changes to the swimming time table and activity programmes
