Stratford-on-Avon District Sports Awards 2012

Stratford-on-Avon District Council created the Sports Awards to recognise sporting achievement and to celebrate the huge amount of work that takes place within sport in the Stratford-on-Avon district.

The 2012 event, sponsored by the Holiday Inn, NFU Mutual and Everyone Active will be the 10th anniversary of the awards with a special Olympic themed celebration dinner planned to include local Olympians and Paralympians past and present, alongside our local stars of the future.

If you would like to nominate a team or individual for an award please take a look at the criteria for each category and complete the nomination form. All nominations need to be submitted to the Council offices by the 16th December 2011.

An independant panel will sit to decide the finalists and once decided upon these will be profiled by the Stratford Herald newspaper with the winner being announced at the awards dinner on 2nd March 2012.
