Welcombe Hills and Clopton Park Local Nature Reserve, Stratford-upon-Avon

Large local nature reserve within walking distance north of Stratford-upon-Avon town centre. Visitors can find rich and varied wildlife within a range of habitats, spectacular views across the Avon valley, and solitude in a traditional landscape. One of the main features of the site is Margarets's Well, which has possible Shakespearean connections.
