Housing Associations

Orbit Heart of England

In 1996, Stratford-on-Avon District Council transferred all its council housing to the South Warwickshire Housing Association (SWHA), who have since merged with the Orbit Housing Group to become Orbit Heart of England, and who are now responsible for the maintenance, safety and security of these properties. They are able to offer advice on matters such as tenancies, welfare, rent, eviction, repairs and legal representation. Jephson Housing Association

Bromford Group

Gloucestershire Housing Association

Beth Johnson Housing Association

Beth Johnson Housing Association is part of Sanctuary Housing and manages over 10,000 properties throughout England. They can be contacted by telephoning 0121 5253131.

Warwickshire Rural Housing Association

Warwickshire Rural Housing Association helps maintain the vitality of villages by providing affordable homes for rent and shared ownership, so that people who cannot afford to buy on the open market can stay close to their rural roots. They can be contacted by telephoning 01530 278080.
