The Council's Rent Express Scheme has now closed to new applicants. It will shortly be replaced by the new Tenancy Access Scheme.

If you are living in a property or rent out a property where the Rent Express Scheme was previously used and are experiencing problems, or are thinking of terminating the agreement, please contact us on 01789 260861.
