Health:

NHS Warwickshire provides the vast majority of mental health, rehabilitation and community services to people living in Warwickshire. They can be contacted on 01926 493491.

Other contact numbers which may be of help are as follows:

• NHS Direct: 0845 4647- confidential advice/information 24 hours a day, 7
  days a week and also local pharmacist details and dental emergencies.
• GP Out of Hours Service: 0300 130 30 40

• PALS – Patient Advice and Liaison Service - confidential, listening service for patients and their families to deal with any questions or concerns that they may have about local health services.

Social Care:

Warwickshire County Council provides information and a number of services for older people including re-ablement, equipment and adaptations, direct payments, meals service and PHILLIS (Promoting Health and Independence through Low Level Integrated Support).
