Regular exercise keeps your heart healthy and reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke, and risks associated with obesity. It also improves the appearance of your skin and muscle tone.
Doing exercise releases the chemicals endorphins and seratonin, which improve your mood and make you more able to cope with pain.
There are several leisure centres in the Stratford-on-Avon District, providing opportunities to get fit an keep healthy. Just 30 minutes exercise per day is enough to get fitter, healthier and happier.
