Meetings

This page allows you to view committee meeting dates by giving you the facility to search all or specific committees within a specified time frame. Once you have found the committee you are looking for, there will be a link to all the papers associated with that meeting.

Please note that details of meetings are held on this website for two Council years (running from May - April). If you require meeting documents prior to May 2004, please contact Committee Services on 01789 260217, or by email on democraticservs@stratford-dc.gov.uk.

If you experience any difficulties downloading any of the meeting documents, please telephone our IT Support Team on 01789 260020.

Please note that when specifying dates within the search you need to use the dd/mmm/yyyy format i.e. 01 Jun 2005.

	If no dates are specified, meetings will be searched for from today for the next 6 months. A maximum of 50 meetings will be returned.
