Normal opening hours for our Elizabeth House office are:

Mon - Weds 8.45 am to 5.15 pm
Thurs - Fri 8.45 am to 5.00 pm
The offices are closed on Bank Holidays.

Making Payments at Elizabeth House

Please not that we do not accept payments by cash or cheque at any of our area offices.

80% of residents in the District live outside the town of Stratford-upon-Avon. Therefore 3 area offices are located throughout the district which are open from Mon to Fri, 9am - 5pm. They are also closed on bank holidays. Council staff are available to answer queries at:
