The Citizens' Panel began in 1999 and provides a systematic way of gathering residents opinions on matters of local concern. These views can then be used to influence decisions made by the Council about policies and services in the District.
The Citizens' Panel is a group of around 1200 residents of the Stratford-on-Avon District who are representative of the general population in the area. To obtain their views on a number of issues, we regularly send them questionnaires or invite them to participate in discussion groups known as focus groups.
The results of the most recent surveys are detailed in the documents on the right.
