A Poll of Local Government Electors of the Parish of Stratford-upon-Avon was taken on the 6th day of December 2005 on the following question:
"As Stratford-upon-Avon has already fulfilled its quota for house building, should any land that is undeveloped be allocated for housing?"
The number of votes given thereat was as follows:
FOR the question - 65 votes
AGAINST the question - 2975 votes
Therefore the question was LOST
Ballot papers were rejected for the following reasons:
Turnout was 16.1%.
