My name is Les Topham and I'm the Leader of Stratford District Council.

I am keen to have as much direct contact with our communities in the district as possible, as well as from anyone else who takes an interest in the Council's work whilst scrolling through the website.

I would therefore like to welcome you to this section of our website and invite you to ask me any questions you may have about the Council.

From this page you can email a question to me about the Council and the services that we provide and I will reply as soon as possible. However, for some queries where I need to investigate further I will acknowledge your contact and give a final response later.
