Departmental Structure

Stratford-on-Avon District Council has recently changed its senior management structure in a move to drive forward change and improve performance for taxpayers. This move is in line with our ambition to achieve excellence.

The new management structure at the Council comprises the chief executive, Paul Lankester, two directors and eight service managers, and is designed to increase the Council's overall capacity. The focus will be on delivering services to the Council's communities, residents, businesses and visitors.

Dave Nash, Strategic Director, is responsible for:

Customer services,
Revenues and housing,
Change and performance and
Member services.

Trevor Askew, Strategic Director, is responsible for:

Environment,
Planning services,
Community services and
Resources.
