The service you can expect from Stratford-on-Avon District Council

Unlike our Best Value Performance Indicators, which are developed by Government, these standards are developed locally and as a direct result of customer consultation. Our customers have told us which aspects of the service are most important to them and we have set standards in accordance with this.

Our service standards represent the minimum level of service you can expect from us when delivering our services.
