The Customer Access Terminals allow customers to talk one-to-one with an adviser at our headquarters in Elizabeth House, Stratford-upon-Avon. the terminal is equipped with scanners and webcams, allowing users to easily show documents to our advisers and interact face-to-face for a more personal service.
