The links detailed on the right provide information which is intended to clarify and explain the responsibilities but it can not be taken as a definitive statement of the law surrounding this subject.
The Environmental Protection Unit provides a free advisory service which may include a CCTV video which will help you identify who is responsible for various things that may go wrong.
For further information please contact the Environmental Protection Unit on 01789 267575 or by email at envhealth@stratford-dc.gov.uk or by fax on 01789 260808.
If you want to report a problem with drainage, you can do so using our new online form.
'Bag It and Bin It' is a national water industry-led campaign promoting responsible disposal of discarded personal products. It raises awareness of the key issues through distribution of leaflets, stickers and other material to the public.
