Fireworks as part of a controlled event can be an enjoyable and spectacular experience. However, if misused fireworks can be very disturbing or dangerous. On the 7th August 2004 the Firework Regulations came into force in an attempt to better control the sale and use of fireworks by the general public. The regulations state:
The enforcement of these regulations is the responsibility of the police and they should be contacted with all complaints and related issues. Further details about this, and how to contact them can be found by visiting the Warwickshire Police website.
