If you have any large items of household waste that you wish to dispose of, we offer a chargeable bulky waste collection service:
- 1 to 3 items for £35
- 4 to 6 items for £45
- 7 - 9 items for £55
- 10 - 12 items for £65
Collections will be made within 5 working days of request.

- Garden Waste
- Gas Bottles
- Roofing materials
- Sink units
- Sheds
- Toilets
The above items may be collected directly by our contractor by prior arrangement for a charge. Please contact Biffa on 01789 293722 for this service.
How to book a collection
Before booking a collection, please ensure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.
Please note, when booking this service, please specify the items to be collected and the collection point. All items must be able to be lifted by two people and should be put out for collection from 6am on the collection day.
To book a bulky waste collection, you may choose one of the following options:
On-line - Please follow the on-screen instructions and use the map facility to establish your collection day as this will depend on where you live.
By Telephone - Please telephone the Council on 01789 260616 to request a collection
By Post - Please print out the Request Form, complete it and return it with your payment.
In Person - Collections can be requested in person at the Council's Elizabeth House office in Stratford.
