If you have a large item of household waste that you wish to dispose of, we offer a bulky waste collection service. We will collect up to 3 items per household for a prepaid charge of £25.00 or between 4 and 6 items from £35.00.
Collections will be made within 5 working days after your payment and request has been processed.
What items can be collected?
Please refer to the list of items we can collect to check whether your item(s) can be collected.
Please note, we are unable to collect the following items:
- Business and commercial waste
- Builder's waste
- DIY Waste
- Fitted kitchen units
- Garden Waste
- Gas Bottles
- Roofing materials
- Sink units
- Sheds
- Toilets
Items that cannot be removed as part of the service may be collected directly by our contractor Verdant, who will collect such items by prior arrangement for a charge. Please contact Verdant directly on 01789 293722 for this service.

If you choose to complete the online request form, you will be able to make your payment using a debit or credit card on the secure online payments facility.
