Stratford-on-Avon District Council provides a household rubbish collection service within the District.
With effect from 11th October 2004, we introduced new arrangements whereby residents have to put their household rubbish and recycling on their property boundary on collection days. Help is still given to elderly, disabled and infirm residents if they need help moving their bags or recycling bins, you just need to contact us so that we can make those arrangements for you.
Your rubbish is collected on the same day each week except in the event of public holidays. If you want to find out what day your rubbish is normally collected, please contact us with your postcode and we will be able to give you that information.
If your rubbish collection is missed for any reason, please use our online notification form so that we can look into the problem.
