Stratford-on-Avon District Council is bringing services to your door.
Working in partnership with Warwickshire County Council, the new mobile one stop shop aims to enable the widest access to all Council services.
A customer services advisor who will be available to provide advice and guidance on a whole range of services including Blue Badges, Various Benefits, Travel Concessions, Council Tax, Housing, Planning, Parking, Recycling and Refuse.
There is also a self serve facility with wireless access to local council websites.
Why not use the one stop shop to find out more about your new refuse/recycling arrangements. Look out for the 'Are You Ready' publicity.
This is also an opportunity for you to feedback on your Councils services.
The joint venture between Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council is called FLAME - Flexible Local Access to Mobile Enquiries.
It is a grant funded project as part of a bid to Warwickshire Rural Access to Services Partnership through Advantage West Midlands until 31 March 2009.
