Any premises identified as a result of a complaint or incident to any of the authorities will be linked in to the multi agency database. Once a premises has been identified as having a problem or potential problem, a meeting is held between members of the Multi Agency Group and the Premises operators, and an Action plan is formulated to try and address these issues. Details or evidence will be retained by the issuing agency and may be used as evidence in support of a review of a premises licence if and when this is appropriate.
