Work Related Violence Toolkit

The Health and safety Executive has developed a toolkit to help the licensed trade deal with violence at work.

The toolkit is a free web-based resource for duty holders, providing practical advice on risk assessments for work-related violence and giving information on a wide range of possible control measures and good practice. A short summary leaflet (INDG423) has is also available to download from the toolkit.
